Richard crow
Rich Crow is a retired educator having been a member of the faculty at the University of Alabama School of Social Work for 25 years. He has been a consultant in a couple of law suits brought against the State of Alabama and has provided management development training for thousands of individuals in both the public and private sector. He has a BA degree from Wheaton College, an MA degree from Indiana University and a Ph.D and an MPA from the University of Denver. He has been a Juvenile Probation Officer and Assistant Superintendent of the Juvenile Detention Center in Indianapolis, the Assistant Director of a social agency in East Harlem, the Acting Child Welfare Administrator in Jefferson County (Birmingham), the Interim Director of the Alabama Poverty Project and the Acting Director of the Alabama Youth Homes.
